环境准备:
1.安装python3.7和相关的依赖
并安装redis缓存数据库
pip install aliyun-python-sdk-core
pip install aliyun-python-sdk-slb
pip intall IPy
pip intall redis
pip intall paramiko
2.添加ram访问控制的编程接口用户
3.添加slb的访问控制策略并和需要频控的slb进行绑定
